Account Manager

The Role:
  • We are seeking a Account Manager to support commercial clients with contract furniture and workplace solutions. This role combines client-facing consultation, solution development, and coordination to deliver effective workplace environments from initial needs assessment through project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with existing clients to understand workplace needs and project requirements 
  • Develop furniture solutions, layouts, and specifications for commercial projects
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentation materials
  • Present concepts and recommendations to clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate specifications and smooth execution
  • Stay involved through project delivery to manage changes and resolve issues
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships across Ontario. 
Qualifications:
  • 1-3+ years Experience in selling contract/commercial furniture or similar commercial interior product (Flooring, lighting, etc.)
  • Background in sales, workplace consulting, or interior solutions would be an advantage
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused
