My client is a global real estate professional services firm and I am actively seeking a Project Director for a high-profile opportunity in Montreal. This role is with a leading financial institution, overseeing a portfolio of $100M in annual strategic projects and capital programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Project Managers
- Own and drive the P&L for the portfolio
- Strategically plan, execute, and deliver complex projects on time and within budget
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring top-tier service and relationship management
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual in French and English (strong French required)
- Based in Montreal or willing to relocate to Montreal
- Financial client experience is mandatory with proven experience in managing large, high-stakes projects
- Exceptional leadership skills to motivate and guide a diverse team
- Strong client-facing communication with a polished, professional demeanor
- Ability to oversee strategic and capital programs in the financial sector
- Adaptability is key.
