Project Manager

Our client is a leading multinational real estate professional services firm seeking a Project Manager based in Toronto. This role focuses on the delivery of office and corporate fit-out projects within a consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver office projects, including corporate fit-outs, renovations, and tenant improvements
  • Manage projects end-to-end, from initiation through close-out
  • Coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Monitor and control project schedules, budgets, risks, and quality standards
  • Provide confident, professional leadership in client-facing environments
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience delivering commercial office projects
  • Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle in a consulting or professional services environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred / Asset Experience
  • Professional designation such as PMP, P.Eng., RAIC, or equivalent
  • Experience delivering projects for financial institutions or large corporate occupiers
  • Exposure to capital improvement programs or large-scale corporate fit-outs
