We’re working with a growing and design-focused organization that’s looking to hire a
Project Manager, Architectural Walls to take ownership of high-impact interior construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who understands construction and thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment where no two projects are the same. You’ll be responsible for full-cycle project delivery from planning and execution through to closeout while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
What You’ll Be Doing? - Manage multiple architectural wall projects simultaneously, from order acceptance through to final walkthrough
- Serve as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience
- Collaborate closely with the internal design team, leadership, and on-site stakeholders
- Prepare detailed installation quotes and review drawings for accuracy
- Use ICE® software to manage project data and stay on track with production and timelines
- Conduct site visits, confirm measurements, and coordinate order submission alongside the design team
- Work directly with general contractors, subtrades, and factory partners to manage timelines, punch lists, and quality control
- Ensure all installations align with technical specifications, local codes, and client expectations
What would we like to see? - A strong background in project management within interior construction or architectural walls
- Experience handling complex, multi-stakeholder construction projects
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines while maintaining exceptional client service
- Technical knowledge of interior systems, millwork, cabling, power/data infrastructure, and applicable building codes
- Proficiency with design software tools like ICE® is a strong asset
- PMP or project management certification is an asset, but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship management skills
