We are seeking a
Proposal Lead to join a dynamic commercial interiors team in Vancouver. This role plays a key part in driving business development efforts and supporting the team in securing high-profile projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident, someone who can read a room, anticipate needs, and bring structure to fast-moving opportunities.
Key Responsibilities - Lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of proposals and RFP responses for projects.
- Collaborate with leadership, design, and project teams to gather content, develop narratives, and ensure cohesive and compelling submissions
- Manage proposal timelines, deliverables, and quality control to ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain and update proposal templates, project profiles, and team bios to support ongoing pursuits
- Support internal processes to improve efficiency and consistency across business development activities
- Assist with presentations and client-facing materials as needed
Qualifications & Skills - Experience in proposals, marketing coordination, or project support within commercial interiors, architecture, or construction
- Strong writing, organizational, and time management skills able to juggle multiple deadlines with precision
- Confident communicator who can synthesize information and tailor messaging for different audiences
- Proactive and switched on, able to anticipate needs and work independently while collaborating effectively
- A team player with character who thrives in a positive and fast-paced environment
- Exposure to project management, financial tracking, or business operations is an asset
