Sales Associate

We are seeking a Sales Associate to support the sales and delivery of contract furniture and workplace solutions for commercial projects. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates with a background in interior design, project coordination, or project management who are interested in building a career on the sales side of the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Support senior sales and workplace consultants on active projects
• Assist with client communication, follow-ups, and meeting preparation
• Help prepare proposals, quotes, and presentation materials
• Coordinate basic project information, timelines, and documentation
• Review drawings and specifications to support furniture solutions
• Track changes, updates, and next steps across multiple projects
• Build product knowledge across contract furniture systems and finishes

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in Interior Design, Project Management, Business, or related field
• Interest in sales, client relationships, and commercial interiors
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
